At ChiragExports, we ship worldwide through trusted courier partners including DHL, FedEx, Aramex, Bluedart, and India Post. Below are our standard shipping timelines, charges, and policies.
1. Order Processing Time
- Ready-stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
- Made-to-order & bespoke items: Require 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Timelines exclude customs clearance, which may add 2–7 business days depending on the destination country.
4. Shipping Charges
- Domestic (India): Flat ₹99 — FREE on orders over ₹999.
- International: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
- For wholesale or bulk shipments, please contact us for a custom quote.
5. Customs Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's import policy before placing an order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking page. Registered customers can also track orders under My Orders.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- If your shipment is delayed beyond the upper estimated window, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
- If the package arrives damaged, retain the original packaging and photograph the damage. Email us within 7 days of delivery.
- For lost shipments, we will work with the courier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund once confirmed.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, the address cannot be modified.
